Commercial EV charger installation in South Florida

Prepare a useful scope before requesting installer introductions.

Start with the business use

Who will charge here: employees, visitors, residents or fleet drivers? Write down the expected parking duration, access hours and initial charger count. Separate your first phase from future expansion.

Build a comparison brief

Ask each installer to describe the equipment, electrical work, utility coordination, site restoration and operating responsibilities included in its proposal. A common brief makes different proposals easier to assess.

Decide who owns the operating relationship

Choose who will administer driver access, respond to faults and approve recurring costs. Installation and ongoing operation are separate decisions. Your contract should make those responsibilities clear.
