TRUST BEFORE TRANSACTIONS

A submitted form
is not a qualified lead.

Property intake and paid introductions are currently closed. These safeguards are implemented for the future marketplace; no live verification results or fraud-free guarantee are claimed.

Before a project can be sold

  1. Submissions enter a private review queue. Daily review-capacity limits and hourly contact/property limits restrict inquiry bursts. Repeated property, email and phone use and links to installer accounts are screening signals—not proof of abuse.
  2. The operator independently checks the property and requester’s authority, confirms contact details and holds a qualification conversation about scope, timing, budget status and active interest.
  3. Each check needs recorded evidence. Flagged submissions need documented investigation. Incomplete, held or invalidated projects cannot be purchased.
  4. Qualified installers see a dated summary of completed operator checks. Names, exact addresses, evidence and contact information remain private before authorized payment.

If something appears wrong

A confirmed buyer can submit a confidential concern from Lead progress & payments, including after the ordinary refund-request window. Serious fabrication, authority, false-contact or duplicate reports immediately hold further sales and contact downloads. A report does not establish fraud. Unsuccessful contact attempts require investigation, and losing a bid is not itself grounds for a refund.

If a project is confirmed invalid

The opportunity cannot be resold. Platform contact access stops, and every affected purchase enters the refund workflow; each buyer does not need to discover the problem independently. The intended remedy is a full refund to the original payment method. A refund is complete only when the payment provider confirms it. Downloaded information cannot be recalled.

Fair treatment for both sides

The operator reviews independent evidence and keeps an audit trail. A cleared serious concern requires fresh qualification before sales resume; unresolved serious reports keep the hold. Screening does not automatically ban a requester for sharing an internet connection, using personal email or being an installer who legitimately owns a property.

What is not automated

Independent authority checks and qualification conversations require human review. Automated email/SMS codes, identity databases and CAPTCHA are not connected. Software checks can reduce abuse but cannot eliminate fraud or guarantee a customer response, quote acceptance or job award.
