Membership terms
& privacy notice

Proposed terms for business-owner and attorney review. New public applications remain closed until the operator approves them. Paid introductions and property intake are not activated by these terms.

Who operates the service

ParcelPlug EV is a working marketplace brand operated by [operating legal business name to be supplied]. Support and privacy requests: [monitored support email to be supplied]. ParcelPlug EV facilitates introductions and is not an electrical contractor.

1. Free membership, no promised work

Creating and maintaining a founding installer account costs $0. There is no subscription, automatic lead charge, installation deposit or obligation to buy. The network is being assembled in Broward, Miami-Dade and Palm Beach. Membership does not guarantee approval, available projects, introductions, revenue, a response time or geographic exclusivity. Future paid introductions require a separate policy and explicit checkout acceptance.

Automated intake and human credential review

Automated screening compares business, license and contact details with other applications and checks for missing or expired information. A possible duplicate or other signal goes to manual review and is not itself a fraud finding. Confirm your saved contact email through a one-use link and your phone with a code before automated intake clearance. An independently documented callback is available for legitimate business landlines. Contact changes require confirmation again. Requests without detected signals become eligible for automated free-membership approval after a five-minute processing delay. Processing happens when an authorized background job runs or the installer workspace checks for updates while open or on your next visit; exact timing is not guaranteed. Approval messages identify automated decisions honestly. Free-membership approval does not verify licensing or insurance and does not authorize purchases. Contact support to request a review of an intake decision.

2. Your business and qualifications

You must be authorized to represent the business and provide accurate business, contact, Florida license, insurance, service-area and capability information. Keep credentials current. The operator may request evidence, reject applications or suspend accounts for inaccurate credentials or misuse. A reviewed credential indicates that a review was recorded, not a guarantee of workmanship. Profile changes return credentials to review. Installers remain independently responsible for their licenses, permits, quotes, contracts, installation, safety and warranties.

3. How your information is used

Hosted ChatGPT sign-in provides your account identifier and email. We store your business profile, service preferences, documents you upload, application status, policy acceptance, support requests and operational/security logs to administer membership, review credentials, match future opportunities and prevent misuse. Only you and authorized administrators can access private profile records. Your login email is not automatically shared as a business contact. No public installer directory or sale of your profile information is offered during founding onboarding.

4. Providers and messages

Sites supplies hosting and hosted authentication; Cloudflare-backed database and private file storage retain application records. The code includes Resend for requested email confirmation links, Twilio Verify for requested phone codes, and Cloudflare Turnstile for bot checks. Configured providers receive the destination or browser signals needed to perform those checks. Their integrations must be connected and tested before verification intake opens. Requested verification messages are transactional, not marketing consent; message and data rates may apply. Stripe remains disconnected for production. There are no active advertising pixels or third-party analytics. Operational messages appear in the installer inbox; general outbound email is currently disabled; requested contact-verification messages use a separate explicitly enabled service. Check the workspace for review updates. Any future provider activation or materially different information use requires an updated notice.

5. Documents, retention and deletion

Upload only business license, insurance or relevant portfolio records you are authorized to share. Do not upload card numbers, passwords, Social Security numbers or tenant information. Files remain private and quarantined; no automated malware scanner is connected. We retain submitted information while the account is active or an application remains under review. Contact support to request access, correction or deletion. We may verify identity and retain limited records required to resolve disputes, prevent misuse or meet applicable obligations; we will explain any retention exception when responding. Account-wide deletion currently requires operator handling rather than an automatic deletion button.

6. Acceptable use and account controls

Do not impersonate another business, upload malicious content, scrape private information, bypass access controls or use the platform for unsolicited marketing. You may stop using the service and request account closure. The operator may pause registration or suspend accounts to investigate abuse or invalid qualifications. No payment is due for doing so. Server permissions, rate limits and audit logs protect access, but no service can promise absolute security or uninterrupted availability.

7. Changes and questions

Material membership-policy changes require a new recorded acceptance before the changed service is used. This notice covers free founding membership only. Paid lead access, subscriptions and installation services are outside this activation. Direct questions or complaints to the support contact above or, once enabled, the contact form.

Version founder-membership-2026-10-20-v3. Proposed text is not legal advice or evidence of attorney review. The operator must assess applicable Florida licensing, referral, privacy and consumer-protection obligations before operating paid introductions.
