HOW THE SERVICE IS FUNDED

Free for properties.
Installers pay for introductions.

A paid introduction gives an eligible installer the project’s authorized contact details. It does not guarantee a contract.

    No marketplace fee to submit a request or receive introductions.

    The installer chooses a project

    After approval, review the anonymous scope, price and sharing limit before deciding to buy.

    Both parties work directly

    After confirmed payment, contact details appear in the installer’s Purchased contacts. Quotes and installation payments stay between the parties.

FOR PROPERTIES

  1. Tell us what you need. Submit a free private request, including location, charger count, budget status and timing. No account is required.
  2. Confirm your details. Verify your email and phone. We check your authority, scope and active interest before offering the project.
  3. Choose a sharing limit. Allow one installer or up to three. You give permission once; you do not need to return and approve every purchase.
  4. Discuss proposals directly. An introduced installer may call or email. Keep your private tracking link to see introductions, pause sharing or close the request.

FOR INSTALLERS

Review. Choose. Connect.

  1. Apply for free membership. Enter your business details, qualifications, service areas and capacity. Contact checks and credential review are required.
  2. Open Opportunities. See projects suitable for your company. Read the anonymous scope, current price and number of buyers allowed.
  3. Buy only when you want to connect. No invitation or second property approval is needed for new requests with upfront permission. Confirm the exact price and terms at checkout.
  4. Open Purchased contacts. After payment is confirmed, call, email or export the authorized contact. Use Lead progress & payments for follow-ups, receipts and concerns.

What stays private?

Before purchase, installers cannot see contact names, phone numbers, email addresses, exact addresses, identifying notes or attachments. Property users cannot browse private installer profiles, purchase amounts or installer follow-up notes.

When does a listing close?

One-installer requests allow one buyer. Shared requests allow up to the disclosed limit, never more than three. Once full, the opportunity leaves discovery and cannot be bought again. Exclusive opportunities are never resold, including after a refund.

A completed introduction is not a completed installation. Existing authorized contacts remain in the buyer’s workspace unless permission or eligibility changes.
