HOW THE SERVICE IS FUNDED

Free for properties.
Installers pay for introductions.

A paid introduction gives an eligible installer the project’s authorized contact details. It does not guarantee a contract.

  1. 1
    The property requests help

No marketplace fee to submit a request or receive introductions.

  2. 2
    The installer chooses a project

After approval, review the anonymous scope, price and sharing limit before deciding to buy.

  3. 3
    Both parties work directly

After confirmed payment, contact details appear in the installer’s Purchased contacts. Quotes and installation payments stay between the parties.

ONE SERVICE. TWO CLEAR PATHS.

Start with what you need.

QUALITY BEFORE VOLUME

A form submission
is just the beginning.

Requests stay private until the operator checks the property, decision authority, contact details and active plans. Installers cannot purchase an unchecked submission.

Only a limited anonymous brief is used for discovery. Direct contact details require recorded permission and verified payment when purchasing is enabled.

Is ParcelPlug EV an installation company?

No. We facilitate introductions. Independent installers handle technical assessments, quotes, contracts, permits, installation and warranties.

Who pays ParcelPlug EV?

Property requests and founding installer membership are free. Installers pay a one-time fee for each authorized project introduction they choose to buy. We do not take a percentage of installation contracts. Paid purchasing has not launched.

Are you accepting property requests now?

Not yet. We are completing verification setup, policies and installer coverage. The property page offers planning resources.

Where do I track an existing request?

Use the private tracking link from your confirmation. You can open private request tracking here; no public search by name or email is offered.

What happens when all introduction places are used?

The opportunity closes to new buyers and leaves discovery. It cannot be sold beyond the property’s sharing limit. Existing authorized contacts stay in the buyer’s workspace unless access is revoked. A full listing does not mean the installation is complete.
